What To Do..My Facebook Account Has Been Disabled

OK so about a month ago, a friend of mine was trying to promote her daughters acting career on Twitter. She asked me if I would help her create a Twitter profile page for her daughter. Of course I obliged and jumped right on it. Well OK maybe I waited a week or so. When the twitter profile Page was complete,@pamelastar313 We decided to get her family and friends who were on Facebook to become followers on twitter. This seemed like an easy task. So started my long journey into the Facebook den of inequity.

One by one I started sending her friends messages to let them know that they needed to become followers of her Twitter profile. When I got to about the 5th message, I got a pink box pop up and here is what it said: “Facebook systems determined that you were repeatedly using the same feature in a short period of time. Your activity caused your account to be flagged as potentially abusive. Once you close your warning, you must significantly slow down or stop this behavior. Further misuse of site features may result in a temporary block or your account being permanently disabled”.

After reading that message I decided I should stop.

A few days later I logged into my account and I got the most dreadful and feared words in all of Facebook: “Your Account Has Been Disabled”. Now I am sure if this has happened to you, I bet you did exactly what I did after reading those words. It probably happened in this order:

1. Thought maybe I typed in the wrong password. Not!!!
2. Maybe I typed in the wrong password again. Not!!
3. Hmnnn Am I using the right user name..Yessss
4. OK right about now you panic and totally forget about the message you got a few days before that.
5. You wait a few minutes and try it again.. Ohhnoooo :(

disabled41

I could keep going on and on. Eventually you email them and wait a few days or maybe even a few hours before trying again. At some point you admit to yourself that you are addicted to Facebook or as I say “Crackbook” and you cannot live without it.

I am going to take you through the process I had to endure for 3 weeks before I got my account back. During that time I used my personal account. But my mission was to get back my Social Media networking account. I mean come on now…seriously.. I had over 730 friends on this account. This account was also the one I used for my Fan page www.facebook.com/prundergroundconnect. I was not about to lose it. I was going to put up a respectable fight to get my account back.

Eventually after 2 emails from me and 2 emails from them I had my account restored. After it was restored I went to their forum and I kept reading about so many cases that were similar to mine. There were so many people really upset to have had their accounts disabled. Everyone of these people were seeking answers. The problem was that Facebook was not giving them the right answers. Here are some of the Excerpts of what I read:

“Frustrating!!! I cannot find contact information to email Facebook – anyone have the place to email?”

“She hasn’t done anything for her account to be disabled. Both of us have been sending emails, but there is no response. Please fix her account.”

“Any help to reactivate it or explanations would be appreciated. Can’t seem to get answers in the sites useless help section and there is no one to contact.”

That last one pretty much summed it up. The forum is more like a place to let your frustrations out with Facebook. I wonder If they read it and laugh at all the postings. I mean really.. I am sure there is someone from Facebook that monitors and reads all of the postings in their “Help Forum”. Remember Facebook we the users, are the ones that keep Facebook up and running. Without us, there would be no Facebook.

The problem is that Facebook has gotten so big, that the little people do not matter. It’s all about the mighty advertising dollar. They should look at how other companies help their customers using social media tactics. Not surprisingly, many of these companies use this very site to help their customers in real time. Word of advice Facebook… Try it…It really works when a customer can post on a real time forum and get answers.

OK there I got it off my chest. I was going to wait until the end of this article but I could not wait. So how did I get my profile back from Facebook? If you truly feel that you did not break any rules such as: impersonating someone, porn, threats, copyright infringement, using a bot, sex offender (had to add that), spam or any other major violations, then I feel if you follow these steps, you should be able to get your account re-activated.

1. Do Not Panic panic

2. Email them at [email protected] Do not fill out the form if it is a personal Facebook account. Email them directly at the above email address. disabled3

3. Be very polite when you email them. It is important that if you know what may have caused this that you let them know. It’s always best to be honest and sincere. Make sure you give them as much information as possible. Include all of the following
information:

* Full name
* Date of birth (month/day/year)
* Login email address
* Any additional information or questions (Honesty)

4. Do not at anytime come off really angry or bullish on your email. Do not make threats. Do not use foul language.

5. Email them just once, it is placed in a queue and responded to accordingly. Remember that Facebook has over 350 million
users. If Facebook was a country it would be the 4th largest country. So have patience. It can take over a month before
they respond.

6. If you are lucky, you will receive an email stating that your account has been re-activated. It will give you a short summary of why you may have been disabled and a warning. Do not respond. Consider yourself lucky.

If you receive an email such as I did:

Hi Alex,

Facebook aspires to be an environment where people can interact safely with their friends and people they know. Accordingly, we expect accounts to reflect mainly your “real-world contacts.” We do not endorse contacting strangers through unsolicited friend requests as they may be considered annoying or abusive.

To prevent this type of behavior, Facebook has limits in place that restrict the rate at which you can use certain features on the site. Your account was disabled because Facebook determined that you were going too fast when sending friend requests, despite being warned to slow down, or because your friend requests were being rejected at a high rate.

After further review of your account, we have determined that you violated our Statement of Rights and Responsibilities by misusing our site features to harass other users. We will not be able to reactivate your account for any reason. This decision is final.

Thanks for your understanding,

Remain Calm…Take a deep breath and answer them back politely. Believe it or not, It is a real person who responds to your emails.

I will get the frustration out for you by dissecting their response:

1. First thing I noticed was “Hi Alex” you say it like if we were friends who have not seen each other in years and were about
to give each other a hug. Ahh hello you just canceled my account.

2. They were my real world contacts. You guys really need to do something about this click through rate. You disabled my account because you thought I was spamming and harassing these people that had contacted me. Why don’t you just email them and
ask them If I was spamming or harassing them?

3. I was not sending friend requests. I was in-boxing people. Again, if you just emailed them, you would see that I know them.

4. Now here is a good one. You determined that I was HARASSING other people. Ahh hello… did you get any complaints about me or was this determination done because I going too fast when sending friend requests?

5. This one is just a killer: “We will not be able to reactivate your account for any reason. This decision is final.”

6. They saved the best for last. I am not even going to answer this one. What is wrong with this statement: “Thanks for your understanding” OK maybe I will, “Understanding you’re kidding me right!! I don’t undertsand….arrgghhhhh

OK so now that I let out my frustration, what do I do next? Well my friends, it is not over yet. This part will be the most important part. It is like giving a closing argument when your opponent has won the battle. It is not over until you try one more tactic. No, do not beg for mercy. HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NEXT:

1. Even though they said the decision is final…it’s not. Reply to the sender. I say this because you will now be sending this email to a real person who is working on your case. Yes my friends, a real person. Not just an auto-responder.

2. Look at the name on the bottom of the email. When you reply to the email, answer to the person. So you should reply something like this: “Hello Jane” when replying directly to the person it becomes alot more personal. People tend to relate better and be more sympathetic to your needs than starting like this: “I do not understand why”

3. Again do not come off arrogant or nasty in your email. Picture yourself being on the receiving end if that email. I know you’re probably saying; “What about me and what they did to me” Forget about your feelings.

4. State your case to the detail. When it happened to me, I admitted that yes I ignored the rules. I apologized to them with an explanation. Be very detailed and even if you have to give them the account information or any information pertaining to what you did wrong…Do it. So if you used a bot, admit fault and give them the address of where you got the bot. If you were spamming, admit it and tell them it was done in error.

5. Finally, review the email and send it to them. Please make sure it is not harsh and that you do not attack them.

Remember this person is dealing with this issue all day, everyday single day. When they receive an email that does not come off with anger, they respect it and it increases your chances of having your Facebook account reversed.

I have had many friends who had their accounts reversed after taking my advise and following the steps listed above. If you follow what I tell you, believe me they will reverse it

Here is the email that was sent to me after I pleaded my case:

“Hi Alex,

Please keep in mind that we cannot provide you with any specific numerical limits for using the friend feature, since the warnings and blocks on your account are not determined by a pre-set numerical limit. Rather, warnings and blocks are determined by a number of different factors, such as speed, time, and quantity. This means that when you are allowed to resume using this feature, you must monitor the nature in which you do so (i.e. the speed at which you send and reply to friend requests, how many friend requests you send in a certain amount of time, etc.), rather than attempting to abide by any specific numerical limits. If you have any further questions, please visit our Help Center at the following address: http://www.facebook.com/help.php

Thanks for your understanding,”

I hope this helps everyone who is having this problem. Remember this will not work if you broke a major rule as I stated it the beginning of the article.

Thanks so much for your clear, appropriate info – I'm definitely using it. Mine was disabled because someone else hacked into it. Not even my deal ;)

So why did my friend's account, which was disabled the day before mine, get reinstated within 2 hours of emailing FB, and I'm still waiting after 5 days? And, by the way, my friend got NO email advising her she was reinstated, she just tried logging in again and it worked.

Thanks Alex, reading your article helped me get my frustration out and I will follow your step by step guide. I just hope, they will inform me of what had cost the disableing of my account as I have no idea.

    Alex,
My account was disabled for no reason, the didn't even warn me, I logged in before i went to school from my iPod, then when I came back from school, tried logging in but it was disabled. I sent them an email before five days, and I'm still waiting for a reply. They should warn me before disabling my account, because if they don't, how should I know my account is going to be disabled?
    Thank You

After sending a few….more crude emails…I took your advice and this is what I wrote:

    Hi facebook staff,

Your automated security system mistakenly disabled my facebook account (Nick Hankins, April 19, 1989, [email protected], College of Lake County, Deerfield, IL, etc.) around 12:20 AM. Central Standard Time after I reported a friend's account, Perry Rose, having been compromised by some sort of spamming, account information stealing bot in your “Think your friend's account has been hacked or phished” help section form.

In the report I sent you, I copied the two separate spam messages that were sent to me through facebook chat from a spambot on Perry Rose's account and I informed you that I was simply reporting a compromised account/active spamming bot and I PLEADED with you(r unsympathetic automated disabling system) to NOT disable MY account, as I was simply reporting a security issue; trying to be a good facebook citizen.

Now, I realize that facebook.com is trying to create a secure environment with a sort of utilitarian pragmaticism, but I did NOTHING wrong. In fact, I was trying to help you fight this unfortunate battle against soulless profiteering weasels.

I will never report a spam bot or a compromised account again, as this was obviously my offense. I know that thousands of facebook accounts are deleted every day and that it is very likely that this email will not be read and my account may not be reestablished. This is greatly unfortunate, and if this is the case, I am done with facebook.com. I will not blog negatively about your services because you are dealing with a monumental amount of people and just as a nation struggles to govern that many people, facebook's limited staff also struggles to regulate and maintain order and security.

This is my work email, which is also disabled from your site.
I've sent a total of four(4) emails thusfar from my [email protected] account and may have been blacklisted so I am sending this final plea through my work email address.

I hope to hear from you in a reasonable amount of time.

    Dear Alex,

Thank you for taking the time to post this. I have been 'disabled' by Facebook and I'm waiting for them to get back to me. I received no warning or notice – and, to my knowledge, I have not broken any of their rules. I only had 179 friends and although I checked in most days. I would not have said I was an over or under user. I have received an auto response to my polite query in which they promise someone will get back to me 'shortly'. This was 48 hours ago… You say it could be one month!

What I would like to know is when you were restored, was everything as you left it (or rather, it left you)? I ask only because I have contributed to a couple of groups and all my comments for the past 14 months have gone… This means the comments of my fellow posters (and friends) which follow (or reference) mine are now nonsensical. Do you know if these will return if I am reinstated?

    Many thanks

    Simone Glover

Thank you for your reply – I emailed both [email protected] (not heard a thing) and also filled in my details via the 'my accunt has been hacked into' link on facebook, and that's when I got the automated reply from [email protected] on 12/01, but again I replied to it and have heard nothing. This is waht the message said which is prob the same as u had:

    Hi,

If you have not done so already, please attempt to reset the password to your account by selecting the “Forgot your password?” link that appears above the Password field. Entering the email address you use to log in to Facebook on the next page will cause a new password to be sent to that address.

If you still cannot access your account or you believe that your account is still compromised, please reply to this email to verify that you are the owner of the account that you referenced in your Facebook support inquiry. Please also confirm that you own the email address from which you are currently writing and that it is not associated with an existing Facebook account. This security step must be completed before Facebook can assist you further.

In the meantime, do not create another account using this or any other email address. Doing so may increase the time needed to resolve the issue.

Finally, please provide a brief description of the issue you are experiencing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Thanks,

Thanks for posting your suggestions. The Facebook help section is useless and doesn't have any answers about disabled accounts. Mine was just hacked into today, and as soon as I was informed by a few friends, I logged on and changed my password. I ended up catching the scammer mid-chat with another friend and was able to warn them.

Of course, I thought it would be safe to fill in the scam report and understand that doing so is why my account is disabled right now. I didn't get an email notification telling me this, though, just one letting me know I changed my password. So I have followed your suggestion and emailed disabled@, asking when they think my account will be reactivated. I have included all necessary information too, so hopefully I can get a response quickly.

I'm hoping I didn't screw myself over by reporting my account, I mean, that's what you're supposed to do, right? To help make your account even more secure? I do wish Facebook would give a notification though, something like “after filling out this form, your account may be disabled for 24-72 hours”, that would be nice.

I'll update with my status if anything changes. Here's hoping it will soon.

  16. Absie says

Hi Gko, well exactly, anyone working there with half a brain and who can read will know why you have reported it – it's just been hacked into!!! My account was hacked into months ago, maybe a year, and it was also infront of my eyes, managed to change my password before they could lock me out of hotmail too, and I reported it under the option 'my account has been hacked into' and I think it was sorted within a few days – I say sorted, all they did was say there wasn't really any way to know who hacker was and to change my password which I had already done, but thry did not disable me then. But this time they have!! And it's been over a week, no explanation and no reply to my emails!! And as you said fb help page is of no use. I just wish there was a telephone number, the company is big enough. Well let us know if you have any luck!

  17. Scot H says

Did exactly as this blog said and within 12 hours the issue was resolved !
Wow Alex you are the man , Thank you,

I feel like saying congrats! Who did you contact, i.e. what email?? Was it recently? As as you may have read we are all in the seemilgly same position and have not had any luck at all and it's appauling :(

  19. Sylvia says

well, guess what? I did as suggested and have heard nothing. I was very polite and it's over a month and they didn't even acknowledge my e-mail. Pretty sad, if you ask me, especially since I heard they are planning on charging for Facebook. My money will not go them, that's for sure :-( Sylvia

  20. Gko says

Good news! My account was reactivated. I'm not entirely sure which email they replied to (I've been emailing disabled@ once a day), but the point is this has taken less than a week to resolve.

The email I received said they had reset my password (thanks…that was the very first thing I did anyway), and provided me a link to enter a new one. The rest of the email is as follows (note that I never received a security alert to either password this account is associated with):

If you did not already receive a security alert from Facebook, please review the following information.

Our systems indicate that your Facebook account has been compromised by cybercriminals attempting to impersonate you. These criminals often will try to trick your friends into sending them money by claiming that you are stuck in a far away location and in need of assistance. It is possible that your email account was compromised as well, as obtaining access to a victim’s email is one of the primary ways these cybercriminals have been operating. Please take the following steps to ensure the security of your Facebook account going forward:

    1. Select a new, unique password for any email address associated with your account, making sure to avoid using the same password for any account.

    2. Verify that you control all of the email addresses associated with your account on the Contact Email section at:

    https://www.facebook.com/editaccount.php

    3. If you have not done so already, please add a security question to your account from the Account Settings page.

    4. Visit the following page for more information about Facebook security and how to report suspicious material:

    http://www.facebook.com/security

Finally, if you think you have been victimized by fraud, you can report this to Western Union's fraud hotline by calling 1-800-448-1492.

So, it's a form letter, but they reactivated my account and I'm grateful for that. I really don't know where to enter a security question, though, I've been looking on the “account settings” page and don't see that option.

Also, for more info, the email was sent from [email protected], so I'm not sure if emailing [email protected] might be another to add to the list of contacts.

Anyway, thank you again for your suggestions and I hope my experience and Facebook's response (as long as this comment is >.<), can be of assistance to others who were in the same place as me in the future.

  21. Absie says

Thank you for your helpful reply Gko, I have just emailed disabled and the support one you suggested above, and will do so once a day like you did, as It's been nearly two weeks now since I sent them an email and nothing in return. I shall keep you posted if I have good news :s I'm glad for you that you have yours back!

  22. marknetgroup says

She got very lucky. It can take 3 weeks or longer to get reinstated. My guess is that there was a glitch on her account and they corrected the problem right away.

  23. marknetgroup says

It can take up over a month to be reinstated by Facebook. Never ever put anything of value to you on Facebook. facebook owns anything you put on there. I hope they reinstate you back. Wait a few more weeks and then write them a very nice letter asking again.

  24. marknetgroup says

It can take over a month before you hear anything. Just keep checking your account. They will activate it sometimes and not say anything.

This is the email I received from Facebook on Friday, March 5, 2010.

    Hi Mike,

One of Facebook's main priorities is the comfort and safety of our users. Your account was disabled because you engaged in behavior other users reported as harassing in nature. It is a violation of Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities to harass users on the site, whether through unsolicited messages, friend requests, pokes or other features. We will not be able to reactivate your account for any reason. This decision is final.

My 2nd email on Friday, March 5, 2010 and waiting for their reply.

    Hi Craig,

I just want you to know I never harassed anyone on Facebook and have comply with the all rights and responsibilities since being a member of facebook. I do friend request based on the suggestion of facebook and people I know. This is what Facebook is all about. I am very sorry if you think I violated the Facebook's statement of rights and responsibilities and will promise it will never happen again.

If you are talking about a friend request I did and I received a message from the friend that I requested asking me “do I know him?” and I responded politely not rude in message stating “we have mutual friend”. He wrote back “sorry he can't approve the request” and I wrote back “ok no problem sorry”. It is no harassment of any kind at all and you could check the messages.

I like being member of Facebook and would like to have the privilege of being a member. Would you please reconsider and reinstatement my account.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

    Regards,

Hi, Facebook has policies to stop behavior that other users may find annoying or abusive. Facebook’s security systems determined that you were repeatedly using the same feature or engaging in the same behaviors in a short period of time. Because you continued this behavior after receiving multiple warnings, your account was disabled. Facebook cannot provide any specifics on the rate limits that are enforced. Your account will remain disabled while your case is pending. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific date for when a final decision will be made regarding your account. does this mean my account has been permenetly disabled ??????

  38. clay says

thanks so much for giving this advice. Yep, my account is disabled (through too much enthusiam on my part more than anything else) and now i'm just waiting for a response. The whole point of using slavebook is to make new friends… it's great when you add, then chat, and become “proper” friends – adding people is what keeps us interested! Like everyone else whose account has been disabled it's a real shock to find you've beome persona non grata. Login with another account and go to pages or groups where you've commented and nothing's there… you've been wiped off the facebook earth. It's VERY unnerving. And i feel so sorry for people who've been facebookers for a long time, have hundreds of contacts and it's now a big part of their lives. Maybe we should look at ourselves and realise that the internet is not a good way to make so-called “friends”.

Hi, This is Sandeep Goswamy and I had my facebook account disabled yesterday for no apparent reason. I have written to [email protected] and got a reply

I have been only sending emails through my group having over 1000 members and only sending friend requests to friends suggestions that i recieve….

I have again patiently tried to explain my side of the story today & I hope they consider it ….. :-)

My major worry is that the groups that I created so painstakingly have suddenly become orphans… without a admin

Thank You for the advice and how to get my facebook back , ive only had if for about two months b4 they disabled me , it is one of the only ways i talk to family members that i hardly ever get to see and my boyfriend that i also hardley get to see i really appriceate the advice i was going crazy trying to figure out how to fix it

  45. Upset says

Hey, I just read your advice. It's very helpful ;)
My account in Facebook was also disabled without any warning. Apparently, I just made it 1 week ago. I've asked the reason and they said that having two accounts violates their terms. My previous one just got hacked and also my registered email address :( of course I didn't have any access to my hacked Fb account– but I have reported it. And I made a new one.
By the time they response my inquiry, I already regained access to my hacked email, so I wanted to reset a new password. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any “reset a new password” email from Facebook. At the end, it seemed that I owned two exact same accounts; one which I haven't had access into, and this is the problem for them.
I also copied my friend list and photos manually (sending new friend requests), is it considered as spamming for them?
I sent an email regarding this problem, but I got 2 same emails that the decision of disabling my accounts is FINAL. I don't think it's a fair decision. Would they reconsider it and fix my problem?
I'm very upset about it and I really want one of my account back X(

Thanks for the info Alex. I followed yor steps on how to e-mail Facebook. With some hope they will reactivate me. It is totaly beyond me as to why they disabled me. I have 96 friends, of whom are all personal friends, 98% of whom I was at school with. I also have set up 1 group again with friends and family of friends on it. 1016 people in total. With myself and another Admin who control the group strictly.
Why Facebook have deleted me I suppose only they will know.

  47. Ali Sahinoglu says

Thanks for your tips Alex. I used them but I wasn't successful. My account was disabled two months ago and just recently, my cousin's one yesterday. I have attempted more than 5 times to get a proper response from the 'team'. But all I get is an automated response. I mean, you shouldn't get banned for 'adding too many friends'. Its a 'social networking website' and this makes no sense to me at all. I might need help with a formal e-mail as the ones I have sent are obviously taken no notice of. If anyone is willing to help out, please add [email protected]

    Thanks!

  52. Michaelball158 says

I have since recieved another e-mail from Facebook saying they will not re-instate my account and their word is final. I cannot appeal. But since then I have found out that my account was shut down because an ex said I was harrasing her. Erm this ex is an ex from about 15 years ago and I never even knew she had Facebook. She has been nothing but torture since we split. She is seriously mentally unstable. So here's a note to everybody with ex's or skeletons in the closet. Block them before they can even get to you

I have been disabled for daring to have the same name as a hollywood actress, and as it happens I owned the name for many years before she was even born. I was given no warning at all, I just went to log on and was told I'd been disabled because I was using a fake name. I went through the email links that they required and have heard nothing at all. I am really annoyed that they did not bother to check if it was my own name at all, my relatives on my page all have the same loast name and all of my friends refer to me by name and there is not one mention of the actress on my page at all… I really am peeved about all this.

  62. Hlias Sfiris says

My account was disabled as well…and I send an email to [email protected] following alex's advice….and I hope there will be a solution… thats's what I wrote:

    hello,
I have a situation with my account and i really need some assistance…

For about 3 years now I am owner of a facebook account under the name: “Hlias Sfiris” really active in applications…groups and friends chat (about 4k friends)…my date of birth is 17th of May 1986…My login e-mail address is [email protected] (the one I am writing from)

A few days ago someone created a profile under the name: “Hlias Sf.” and started adding some friends i had… He had a photo of me…some information about me(some wrong)…my correct birthdate, my stydies etc… pretending to be me…I can not find who he'she is and try to offend him legaly…I really don't care about such a behaviour…

After some of my real life friends accepted him(or her) he/she told them that the other account was hacked…and asked them to report the old one… some of them did and as a result the original and real account was disabled… (http://www.facebook.com/gr_hammer). After facebook disabled the real account due to the reports that had for it, he/she changed the name of the account that had created to my full name: “Hlias Sfiris”Then he started talking to my friends with a really bad language… asking them to meet to have sex… telling incredible things… I had no idea…I realised what was happening when one of them call me and asked me why I was telling all these things… I was really upset… I entered facebook with a friends account and saw him trying to humiliate me to everyone… I instantly reported him with some friends I called and that account was disabled as well. The fake account's link before it was disabled was http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=10000133

I don't know what to do… One thing is sure… I never lost my account's password… and I am the real Hlias sfiris… I have registered accounts in almost all the social networking sites (myspace, hi5 etc) with the same name and mail…(only one is under the mail [email protected], my older mail) and i can assure you I am the real owner and not a hacker…

I just want to let me know what more do i have to do except from waiting… I was just “attacked” by someone…not done anything wrong…Talking to someone from the support directly would be great… even via something like MSN, yahoo messenger or anything it is easier for you… plz contact me as soon as possible…

thanx for your time at first…and in advance for your answer that I hope will come.

    Yours, Hlias Sfiris,

    Athens, Greece

ok, i did what u said and they sent me a message back in a sec so thats not a human that am dealing with… this was my message and after it is the Re they sent me.
    hi Sir or Madame,,,
    * Full name : sami shihadeh
    * Date of birth: (march/11/1982)
    * Login email address: [email protected]

my account was disabled and i would be more then happy if i can get it back, i think that my account was disabled because Facebook determined that i was going too fast when sending friend requests, despite being warned to slow down, or because my friend requests were being rejected at a high rate, but facbook warned me with a dialog box to fill in the characters to fill in the box to know if am human or not so i typed in those characters and continued whit adding friends “so i thought that this was ok” and the reason that i was adding those friends is because i needed alliance in my castle age game on facebook and that's the only reason.

You disabled my account because you thought I was spamming and harassing these people that had contacted me. Why don’t you just email them and ask them If I was spamming or harassing them? and the only reason i was adding them is because of the game “castle age really needs allot of army, and i was sending a message with the friend request saying “castle age alliance” and the people i was sending friend request to are the people who wrote on castle age recruit page on facebook saying “add me plz ….” or “i need more army”, they know that i just added them because of castle age game, am so sorry for doing that but i really thought that this was ok, I really need my account back I have allot of friends from far away and relatives that we share pictures of families and contact each other and I've gone so far in that game and it toke me months to be where i was.
thanks for your time at first…and in advance for your answer that I hope will come. please help me

this was there message that they sent in just a sec when i sent main
